HK Partizan - Szegedi Tisza Volán 8:0

Some said, this game would be a derby. In fact it was a training match.

News reported about the Szeged-based team that they arrived in Belgrade with half the team. No source mentions though why it happened so.

There isn’t much to say about it. It was smooth, we were leading in the first period to 3:0. In the second period started that wave of exclusions that added a lot to Szeged’s defeat. Partizan kept on scoring, the end result of the second part was 6:0.
Tihonov saved. He had 21 (!!!) saves during the game. Nothing could shake him, disturb him or weaken him. Tihonov is HK Partizan’s main bastion.
In the third period we scored two more. Game done, there are only two left until the play-off, one against HK Vitez the other is against Vojvodina.
The hero of the day was Pavle Ogrizović with two goals and an assist. The others - Dimitrije Filipović, Marko Milovanović, Anton Zhukov, Stepan Krivov, Alexander Vlasov and Nenad Raković - all scored 1-1.

Ragbi Klub Partizan - Crvena Zvezda 30:44 (Serbian Cup, semifinal)

And then this.
Also, I got to know about it belated, just today, when it jumped into my face from the news feed.

If there’s anything that totally freaks me out is the lack of information. Those in charge should respect at least the players and the League to supply the public with information, for God’s sake.

So, the boys went to the Jajinci playing field. It was very cold, but they still grabbed the opponent by their throat.
We jumped to 6:0, our young talent Džavid Jašari made a fantastic job. 10 minutes later Zvezda equalized (6:6), but Jašari was unstoppable. We took back the lead to 12:6.
Then something happened. No one knows what it was, but nothing seemed to work for Partizan. Zvezda took advantage of it and reduced their difference to 12:10. Six minutes later they took the lead (12:16) and continued to stamp us into the ground. The half-time result was 12:20.
In the beginning of the second half we tried to make up lost ground. Jašari was joined by Dario Abidinović and the two made it for Partizan to have only 2 points of difference (18:20). Still Zvezda sped up (18:24), what is more, nine minutes later it was already 18:30.
They didn’t want to slow down (18:34). Finally, around the 65th minute we picked ourselves together. Stefan Ilić scored (24:34), but even this was not enough to stop the red team. 24:38, then24:44, finally at the very end Jašari saved us (with the great help of Leo Dodić) and settled the end result (30:44).

Dubrovnik - VK Partizan 9:6 (Triglav Liga, Round 17)

Compared to earlier results we made a pretty good job that we ended up only 3 goals behind them.

Don't look at me like this. You should be glad that I try to stay positive, especially after yesterday. Normally after such events I can only mumble "yada yada yada" for two days.

In the first half the two teams were just strangling each other in the beginning, then approx. 3 minutes before the end of the first quarter Croatians scored the first goal of the game (1:0). Almost immediately (about 30 seconds later) came their second one (2:0). From us Asanović scored soon before the end buzz, setting the result of the first part (2:1).
In the second quarter we equalized right in the beginning, after Subotić scored from penalty (2:2). From this point on the scheme was "Croatians score, Partizan equalizes". But when they scored one more goal 20 seconds before the buzz, we had no time to equalize. Half time, 5:4.
The third quarter brought another episode of water wrestling. The two teams stayed without any goal for a long while, then two and a half minutes before the end Croatians scored (6:4). Then another (7:4). It couldn’t be a happy sight for any Partizan-fan who watched this game instead of the handball eternal derby.

What is more, looking at the statistics, two players from us were fouled out (Drašović and Lazić).

In the last quarter both teams scored 2-2 goals, settling the end result.
The hero of the day was Gavril Subotić, he scored 3 goals. He is followed by Ognjen Stojanović, Mateja Asanović and Filip Radojević, all scoring 1-1 goal.

League table will be brought later.

HK Partizan - HK Vitez 13:2

Excuse me for being a bit down the course with the weekend events, but when you have two eternal derbies within two days, then Average Fan throws away hack, scythe (and keyboard) and focuses only on those games. Now I try to make up lost ground.
The ice hockey team had a smooth victory over HK Vitez, and we made it without Čuković and Raković, as they got suspended after that fuss last time.
After these we won the first period to 5:0.
In the second we relaxed a bit, allowing the opponent to score one goal

so they cannot say we hadn’t been hospitable

but we were leading at the end of the period to 6:1. Finally we completed the last one with 7:1.
Our two Russians, Zhukov and Vlasov carried the team on their back, but Captain Milovanović, Zubov, Brkušanin, Filipović, Komazec and Pavlović also took their part from this victory.

150th eternal derby: FK Partizan - Crvena Zvezda 1:2 (superliga, round 24)

Fuck this.
Fuck that.
Fuck everything.
It’s just impossible.
We’re stolen with a penalty. One of our goals was invalidated because it was "offside".
And after this we couldn’t equalize (!!!) against 10 people.

Brašanac was like his own shadow. Bojinov and Everton were useless. Stevanović broke the remainings of my nerves.

The stadium was full.

Fans gathering around the stadium

(photos: Twitter)

The match hasn’t even started, fans were shouting Uprava napolje.

Some reports say it was not only the Southern Tribune shouting it, but the entire stadium.

National anthem
(photo: hotsport.rs)

This was Saša Ilić’s 26th (!!!) eternal derby. An absolute record
(photo: partizan.rs)

Right at the kick-off the entire Southern stand was under fire and smoke. Referee Glođović

yes, it was him. Did you expect someone else? Guess why is the result, what it is?

got fed up with it after 2 minutes and paused the game.

(photos: hotsport.rs)

It took two minutes to be able to see clearly again. We could continue the game, then Everton Luiz bulldozed Pavićević with a slide-in tackle.

Clods (and Zvezda-players) splashing around
(photo: hotsport.rs)

It was so tough that Pavićević had to leave the ground for a short while to get medical attendance.
Zvezda had a tough start and they had attempts in the beginning already. Our first attack came in the 8th minute: Bogosavac had the ball, he dribbled and passed to Saša Ilić. The Captain wanted to kick it ahead, but he was tackled.
In the 10th minute Everton bulldozed Grujić, more or less the same way as he did Pavićević 2 minutes earlier. He got a yellow card here.

Has anyone told this Brazilian that it’s European football, not American?

In the 11th minute, well...
Yes.
Mihajlović got a pass on the left. He ran up, dribbled, he was inside the penalty area. Petković ran there and stopped Mihajlović with a classic bodycheck. The ball was out of sight, Mihajlović fell on the ground.

(photo: hotsport.rs)

Glođović didn’t whistle. Just waved "go ahead".

Oh, sorry. I didn’t know it was actually an ice hockey game. I thought it was football. Bodycheck is allowed only in ice hockey as a tackle, in football it has never been and will never be allowed.

Partizan haven’t had any penalty on eternal derbies for 21 years now. Even if - like now - it was a clear foul.
Traditions are traditions, a?...
Kátai ran up in the 15th minute. He crossed to the middle, for our luck nobody was there.
Then in the 17th minute Bojinov got a pass on the left side. He was blocked by Pavićević. Corner kick. It was just a small pass instead of a big cross, the ball reached Mihajlović. He crossed it to the middle, Gogoua rose up and headed it to the net, just like it’s written in the Big Book of Football.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL!!!!!! What a goal!!!! 1:0!!!!

(photos: hotsport.rs)

Fans celebrate Gogoua’s goal
(photo: Twitter)

Zvezda became nervous. They fell into trepidation, they ran all around. Then in the 24th minute they got a free kick, about 25 metres from our goal line. Ibanez stood behind the ball.
He shot with a classic movement - and scored. 1:1
In the 26th minute we were already up to an attack and to take revenge for this goal. Mihajlović ran up on the left side and crossed to Stevanović in the middle. Stevanović shoot it right into the goalkeeper. Zvezda started a counter-attack, Kátai was finally turned off by Bogosavac.
In the 28th minute again Mihajlović ran up, but nobody was fast enough to catch his cross.
In the 32th minute Grujić got suddenly into a dangerous attempt. Cardial arrest and screaming, but Gogoua quickly blocked him.
A minute later Srnić got the ball on the right. He crossed to the middle, Vieira got it, thanked it and headed it to our net.
1:2
No. Just no.
It can’t be.
The game made a 180-degree-turn within 16 minutes. And now we started to act very nervously.
While Zvezda started to attack even heavier.
In the 35th minute they got a corner kick. The ball flew into the goalmouth, Grujić headed it, it was too high.
In the 37th minute tension became visible. A Zvezda-player was laying on the ground, the camera showed Jovanović having a smaller fight with a red one. Saša Ilić was yelling something to another, then somehow oil was poured on troubled waters, well, more or less.
It was the end of the first half, we made a counter-attack after a Zvezda-corner, but the goalkeeper caught our cross coming from the right.
At the very end of the first half Šaranov had his first estimable movement, saving Ibanez’s free kick.

The next hit right to our solar plexus came in the beginning of the second half.
Saša Ilić passed ahead to Mihajlović. Mihajlović shot and scored a fantastic goal, but the referee invalidated it, because it was "offline".

(photo: mozzartsport.com)

It was same-line offside, at worst. But same-line offside has not been taken as actual offside for years.

Uh, sorry. Maybe Glođović & co. haven’t heard about it yet.

Though Tomić made it clear that the referee made a big mistake
(photo: hotsport.rs)

(photo: Facebook/Fudbalski klub Partizan)

In the 49th minute Srnić got a pass on the right side.

The assistant didn’t wave offside.

After this Srnić shot the ball right into Šaranov.
In the 51st minute Ibanez crossed the ball to the other side, but Šaranov caught it.
In the 53rd minute Bojinov was eventually substituted (he did absolutely nothing for the whole time) and Vlahović entered the game. Partizan made history here, Vlahović is the youngest ever player of eternal derbies with his 16 years and 30 days.

(photo: Facebook/Fudbalski klub Partizan)

No attempts or chances happened at this part of the game, there was only tense and nervousness. The pace slowed down.
The Southern tribune was under fire.

(photo: hotsport.rs)

(photo: Twitter)

In the 56th minute Bogosavac ran up with the ball and passed to Vlahović. Immediately 3 blood-thirsty Zvezda-defender jumped on Vlahović and tackled the young striker. A minute later Grujić missed out a big chance, shooting from an impossible angle on the left.
It was indeed impossible to score from it.
Meanwhile fans were shouting "Uprava napolje" every now and then.
In the 65th minute we got a free kick. Brašanac was pushed to the ground at the penalty area line. Mihajlović stood behind the ball, he shot, it was too high. Then again came a short pause, the field was under smoke, after Grave Diggers threw firecrackers at Zvezda’s goal line. Nothing could be seen.
In the 70th minute Bandalovski and Vlahović had a great teamwork, then the Bulgarian shot, the goalkeeper saved. Two minutes later Brašanac wanted to run up with the ball, but Luković threw him to the ground. Zvezda’s captain already had a yellow card, Glođović sent him off.

Please, someone tell Everton to stop this useless and stupid picking at the opponent incl. pushing them and mocking them. He was very lucky not to get a red card, though I’m not saying he would have not deserved it.

In the 74th minute Jovanović sent a flat shot on the goal, Kahriman saved. A minute later Mihajlović arrived on the left and crossed to Stevanović. Stevanović kicked the air instead of the ball, it was painful to see. In the 76th minute again Mihajlović passed, this time to Vlahović, but the youngster was torn to pieces by Zvezda-defenders.
Then again came a pause, the smoke was too thick. When we could continue, Zvezda immediately attacked. Gogoua blocked Vieira.

At this point we were just struggling.

In the 86th minute Stevanović got a long pass, but the referee whistled it off, for him it was offside. Yet the goalkeeper was arriving, Stevanović clashed with him. They both stayed on the ground laying.
A minute later the same scene could be seen. Bogosavac sent a pass to Vlahović. Vlahović sent it ahead, Stevanović arrived... and again clashed with the goalkeeper. And again both stayed on the ground with a painful face.
It was at the end of the game, in the 90+1st minute. Mihajlović was dribbling on the left, then the ball rolled out of the field. Corner kick. Kosović headed it, but it was too high.
In the 90+6th minute Bogosavac passed to Stevanović. Stevanović kicked the ball into a defender, which dropped back to Bogosavac. Bogosavac shot, it was too high, but the referee whistled it off, for him it was offside.
It was already the 90+8th minute (the extra time was supposed to be 4 minutes...), Bogosavac passed to Vlahović. Vlahović shot, it ended in a corner kick. We had one more attempt left, Gogoua head it too high above the crossbar.

Sad players after the game

Highlights:

Here is another video that was recorded right after the match. ArenaSport’s reporter is asking Ivan Tomić about the match. Tomić is clearly very tensed, but he tries to keep cool. Then (at 1:05) the reporter asks him "Mr. Tomić, do you think it was maybe a penalty in the first half?"
Tomić’s reaction is priceless.
(Though hats off to him, he was a gentleman.)

Crvena Zvezda - RK Partizan 32:32 (superliga, round 15)

First a heartfelt message to all in charge at RTS:

FUCK YOU!!!!

Because you promised to broadcast the handball eternal derby. Even a few days ago it was still there in your TV-program, saying "Crvena Zvezda - Partizan rukomet uživo".
After this you changed your mind (and program), let me guess, in the very last minute and decided to broadcast rather the goddamned Assembly instead of the game.
Public service, a?... Public service my ass!

My great luck was actually, you fat Vučić-fans, that I found absolutely no working link for RTS 2. All were banned. I just started to get desperate. There were maybe 20 minutes until the game, when I took a look at sportuzivo.tv, just out of the blue. And well, pigs might fly, Average Fan might find a link for the eternal derby, an excellent, HD-quality one that didn’t lag at all. After this I got suspicious a bit and took a look at the TV-program on RTS’s website. I could see only then that for these radio-televizija-monkeys the pig-faced politicians are more important than brave sportsmen.
Congratulations.

Our boys were just warming up

After a (long) while the opponent crawled out, too

(screenshots)

In the beginning we were leading for a short while. Our third goal was scored by Nemanja Živković, with an amazing, cheeky movement, passing the ball just above the goalkeeper’s head. (2:3)

He did this trick quite a few times during the game. Todorović, the goalkeeper of the other side was totally pale at the end, whenever Živković possessed the goal. And well, it happened numerous times.

Then Zvezda equalized in the 5th minute (4:4), they took the lead in the 8th (5:4).
And it remained like this for long.
Zvezda played roughly, aggressively, sometimes bulldozing our youngsters. Their goalkeeper saved everything

well, at this point, ehhehe

and they used a sly trick as well. Our goalkeeper Tomić (or later Ćućuz) had a fantastic save, the ball dropped out of the penalty area, and ther was always a Zvezda-player sneaking around. This player jumped out of the blue, grabbed the ball, took advantage of our players already running up to the other penalty area for a hoped attack and our goalkeeper being all alone and ruthlessly threw the ball into the net with an evil grin. We tried sometimes to complain at the referee, needless to say it was all in vain. The half-time result was 16:12, there were only 4 seconds left until the end buzz, when they just had to push in another goal.
The second half didn’t start too happily either. In the first minutes one of those just threw Pižurica to the court while we were attacking. They were leading to 17:13 in the 32nd minute and it looked as they would skin us alive.
Then something happened. The Parni valjak started to roll or the other side got tired in the 40th minute. Nevertheless we reduced the difference to 20:19 (we made a fantastic counter-attack and Živković scored such a giant goal that he surely made the plaster fall down from the wall behind the goal line). Babić and Pižurica almost got into a fight, referees pull them apart from each other. At this point we were strangling them by their throats, their advantage was only 1-2 goals (24:23, 25:23, 45th minute). Živković was burning on a thousand degrees Celsius, he just scored his left-handed goals, one after the other, I swear, after this match Todorović will see Nemanja Živković in all his nightmares, as the young right-winger runs up, raises his mighty left hand and BRUTTTTTALLY scores.
(And here Todorović wakes up screaming and being wet from sweat.)

I don’t know who was the commentator at this game, but on one hand it was very annoying to hear him openly rooting for Zvezda, on the other I can’t believe he doesn’t know any other word than "odlično" (excellent). Hey, man, even my Serbian vocabulary is better than yours!

In the 50th minute we equalized with Maksić’s goal (26:26) and from then on Zvezda could stay ahead only with 1 goal, yet we always equalized.
It was already the last minute. The standing was 32:31. Pižurica equalized (32:32). Barely 40 seconds were left, when Zvezda’s coach asked for time-out. After that they ran back to the court, ran up, they were seemingly about to do a sweeping attack...
...AND ALEKSANDAR TOMIĆ, OUR GOALKEEPER HAD A GIANT SAVE!!!
My God, what a save it was!... Even the commentator gasped for breath.
At the end there was still time for a Partizan-attack, but the end buzz cut it. Radojković stayed on the floor (he got medical attendance), the two teams got into a fight (if I understood well, one of the reds mocked Pižurica), but the most important is that we brought a point home from Šumice sports hall and now it is equal to a victory.

Medicals picking the pieces of Radojković, while the two teams are already arguing

Shit hit the fan
(screenshots)

The hero of the day is of course Nemanja Živković, who scored 11 (!!!!) goals. He is followed by Stevan Sretenović (6), Igor Mršulja (5), Darko Stevanović (3), Živan Pešić and Aleksa Maksić (2-2), also Matija Pižurica, Mihajlo Radojković and Lazar Kukić (1-1).

HK Partizan - Crvena Zvezda 2:3

We didn't deserve this defeat.
I swear someone up there surely hated Partizan constantly winning the championship title, so they ordered the referees to help Zvezda to achieve victory, by any means.

Why, how would YOU explain that three (!!!) of our players were excluded at a time?...
(photo: Twitter)

But let’s keep the chronological order.

Our boys come out to the rink
(screenshot)

We were sliding around, warming up
(screenshot)

(photo: Twitter)

They greeted the fans
(photo: Twitter)

High five and respect to those Grave Diggers who had been to Pionir Ice Hall to support the team. I have no infos about the number of Zvezda-fans being present, but Grobari were much louder than them.

The two teams clashed like two packs of roaring lions. Really. The first period brought an exciting, spectacular, great game. I wish everyone to watch such an ice-hockey match as this first period was.

(photo: Facebook/Hokej savez na ledu Srbije)

Seriously I wish everyone to experience this atmosphere.

Our goalkeeper Tikhonov was fantastic. This man saved the unsaveable. Zvezda got into double power play after 7 minutes and it all looked that they were waiting for this very moment. They made a brutal class-firing on our goal.
And Tikhonov saved.
Tikhonov saved everything. Sometimes Average Fan cried for defibrillator, but Tikhonov was like a fortress.

Make a statue of Tikhonov. NOW.

Around the end of the period we put Zvezda’s goal under pressure, but either they blocked our hits or we just missed them out. The first period ended with 0:0.
Teams entered the second period even more combative. Our dominance was clear, we had a row of chances and there were points when fight almost lashed out.
Zvezda had some chances, too, once they hit the puck twice to our goal, but both attempts were too wide

cardial arrest, cerebral haemorrhage, screaming

then Krivov blocked one of their attempts with a genious movement.
We continued the aggressive dominance. Here it looked so that Zvezda can be dangerous only when they are in power play.
They scored their first goal from power play, of course. What is more, it was a double power play. There were barely 4 minutes left from the period, when the referees sent off Zubov and Brkušanin. Novaković took advantage of our weakened defense and with an evil grin he hit and scored. 0:1

Was it just me or did Zvezda-players really push Partizan-players on the ice just for fun, even when our player was not in action? And needless to say, referees didn’t give a damn. But when Ristić pushed a Zvezda-player to the pale, he immediately got a 2-minute-penalty. It happened not just once.

Only 2 minutes and 20 seconds were left, when Zvezda scored their second goal. It was an exceptional goal, because all Partizan-players were on the rink. Popravka hit the puck from the distance and it flew next to Tikhonov and fell into the net. 0:2
Less than two minutes were left, when all that you could see was Filipović getting into a fight with a Zvezda-player (it looked as if the red one would have said something rude to our player), he had to be carried away by teammates (even a referee joined). A bit later Milovanović was literally bulldozed by the opponent, he even had to leave the rink for a short while.
Then at the end of the period, when players were about to go back to the locker-room, hell broke loose. It was FIGHT, it was PARTIZAN RIOT!

(photo: Twitter)

(screenshots)

There’s nothing better than hitting the opponent’s head with his own helmet.

The teams got a tough welcome-back in the third period. Raging Grave Diggers were booing, hissing and chanting the song "Grmi pesma sad sa južne strane", sending it to all Zvezda-players, with lots of love, possibly.
While on the rink the two opponents got into a bitter, rude fight. Then, barely 7 minutes passed, when Zubov scored our first goal from power play. 1:2

Meanwhile it got into my attention that there are at least 6, but rather 7 sponsor logos on Zvezda’s jersey. Telekom Srbija, Arenasport, Lasta and others, while Partizan had only Big Pizza as their official supporter. By the way, Big Pizza is an excellent pizzeria in Pančevo, if you are there, you must try it. Our captain Marko Milovanović is the owner of the place.

Only 2 minutes passed, Zvezda scored their 3rd goal, in power play, what else (Brkušanin was suspended). Hell almost broke loose again, Novaković and Vlasov started to hit each other.
The game was about to end soon, barely 7 minutes were left, when Ristić scored our second goal (2:3). From then on we attacked with full force. We definitely wanted to equalize. Less than 5 minutes were left, when Zvezda could finally build up an attack, but their player fell on the ice just in the very last moment, in our goalmouth. The slow motion replay showed a Partizan-stick suddenly appearing right in front of the Zvezda-player’s feet, then the red dude obediently fell and slid away on his butt. The referee whistled, penalty shoot.
Novaković got the puck. He slid, shot...
...AND TIKHONOV SAVED!!! My God, Tikhonov saved a penalty!!! What a save it was!!!
For the rest of the game we attacked, but eventually we couldn’t equalize.
