What is more, we played without our key players (Filipović, Gabrić, Brkušanin, Ogrizović, Luković, Janković, plus Čuković was still suspended) because coach Nikola Bera decided to allow them some rest before the play-off. We had though two of our young talents, Lav Mitić and Lazar Novaković, they both scored goals, too.
The game was practically decided already in the 13rd minute, as we were leading to 0:3 even in this very early part of the game (goal scorers: Komazec, Zhukov, Raković). Jerković scored Vojvodina’s only goal, he did it around here (1:3), but Vlasov quickly scored our fourth goal. That was the result of the first period (1:4).
In the second period there was a 5-minute-part, when we scored 4 (!!!) goals. One by Zhukov, one by Milovanović and our two youngsters also both scored here. We actually won the match here. We headed to the last part with 1:8.
In the last period Ristić, Zhukov and Milovanović quickly scored 3 goals, and we could celebrate.
Partizan finished on 2nd place in the championship, qualifying to the play-off, where we’ll clash with Crvena Zvezda on 11th March.
