News of all kind

Boris Dallo signed to 2nd division French basketball team Antibes Sharks for 2 seasons. The team confirmed it on Twitter.

Danilo Pantić is at Duch football team Vitesse on loan. Pantić is officially Chelsea’s player, but since yesterday he can be found at the Duch team’s training camp in Austria. Duch officials say, there is only paperwork left to be done - there is no official information yet about how long Pantić will stay in the Netherlands.

It very much seems so that Nemanja Kojić also leaves Partizan. The striker is heading to Turkey, negotiating with a still unnamed team in the A league. Rumours say it is only the question of time to sign the contract.

Absolutely wonderful, especially that there are just a few hours left until the Champions League qualifying. To make it all even more surreal, Brazilian defender Fabricio will not be able to play at the Tuesday game for administrative reasons.

Nikola Milutinov has returned from the USA where he was negotiating with the management of San Antonio Spurs. It seems he stays in Europe for a while, but almost surely not at Partizan. Some say he is heading to Panathinaikos, following his ex-teammate Saša Pavlović.

Grupa JNA released a new single titled "Crno-beli randevu".

With lyrics, of course.

Crno-beli sunčan dan pravac Hram, ja odlazim
Na Topčidersko brdo gde igra moj tim
Crno-beli randevu sve je lepo k’o snu
Sa tribina ori se moj Partizane

Oooo Partizane Oooo Partizane
Volim te, bodrim te, pevam ti, sanjam te
Svaku noć i svaki dan živim za te
Oooo Partizane Oooo Partizane

Oooo Partizane Oooo Partizane
Volim te, bodrim te, pevam ti, sanjam te
Svaku noć i svaki dan živim za te
Oooo Partizane Oooo Partizane
Bio dan ili noć sunca sjaj ili sneg
Sa tobom sam uvek tu, moj Partizane

Grupa JNA - Sale, hvala ti

New single by Grupa JNA, for the glory of Saša Ilić.
Pogo time!!!

Pevaju ti Grobari, Sale, Sale, hvala ti

Sale, hvala ti, Sale, hvala ti
Pevaju ti Grobari

U Partizanu od rođena
Gospodin kakvog nema
Čujte nova pokolenja
Učite od kapitena
Sale, Sale, hvala ti na igrama i ljubavi
Pevaju ti Grobari, Sale, Sale, hvala ti

Sale, hvala ti, Sale, hvala ti
Pevaju ti Grobari

Grupa JNA released their new single. It’s titled "Kop".

Here are the lyrics:

Koliko puta si mislio da
Staneš sa strane i bodriš ga sam
Ali ta masa zove te da
Staneš u kop i bodrite ga
I sve je isto kao ranije, bubanj trese
pale se baklje, luduje
I pesma nikada ne prestaje
Ceo Hram odjekuje

Partizan ole ole ole

News and results

There is a bunch of news and results I owe you. Some of them are fresh, some of them are from the previous days. You get them all now, in one post.
I start with the bad news.
Partizan was defeated by the red team in the first match of the volleyball play-off final. This was our first, our VERY FIRST defeat in the entire season. No team could win over us until now.
It was awful. Red players grabbed our throat in the first part and strangled us until they won it to 17:25. They were on the lead for the whole time.
In the second game we picked ourselves together. In the beginning red team still tried to show off, but at 5:6 Lopar equalized, then Majstorović took us on the lead (7:6). We made it to 15:9, then 20:11, finally we won to 25:17 and equalized the result (1:1).
The third part nothing worked for us. Zvezda was ahead always with 2-3 points. There were moments when we could equalize, but it never lasted long. It was a long and tough battle, finally the red stripes won it to 21:24. They were back on the lead. (1:2)
Then came the last period. At first we were leading (4:2), then Zvezda equalized. From then on it was a nip and tuck game. Until 10:9 we kept ourselves quite well, but then, well, it is so hard to say it out, but red team had more resources. Or I don’t know. They won the last game to 13:15 as well as the first match.
The hero of the day was Marko Nikolić, he scored 23 points. He is followed by Lopar and Majstorović, they both had 13 points. Mrdak was playing with injury for the entire match, still he made 12 points. The other scorers are Petar Nikolić (7), Popović (3) and Kostić (1).
Second match will be on Sunday from 16:30.

The basketball team is again targeted by the Serbian Basketball Association. They announced that Partizan would be suspended from the superliga as long as they could reconcile their "outstanding financial obligations".

Let me remind all these jerks, most of all the No. 1. moron Gogić that it was their endless idiotism, servility and narrow-mindedness that drove Partizan into this desperate financial situation. All those impossible and ridiculous punishments of last season threw the team to the edge of bankruptcy, and now you want to suspend them, because they are out of money after your punishments. Congratulations. And I thought last season was the bottom point. How wrong I was. May you all get stuck on a fully crowded, slowly rolling Ikarbus stuck in the Friday afternoon traffic jam, where at least three blood-thirsty Bus Plus controllers are hunting for you, bastards.

Let’s pull our boat to peaceful waters (though in the beginning it will still be a bit rocky). The water polo team qualified to the semifinal of the Serbian league play-off, where they clashed with Crvena Zvezda. The first match was terrible, the red team drowned Partizan into the water, winning to 4:9 over us. But in the second game Partizan stroke back and won to 7:9, equalizing the standing to 1:1. It was not easy, the game was a draw even in the half-time (4:4), and red team took the lead in the third quarter (5:4). But then came Gogov and his two fantastic goals (5:6). Vico followed his example (5:7), Stojanović also scored (5:8). Mandić put the dot to the letter "i" in the last quarter with a distant shot (5:9). No matter how hard Zvezda tried, they couldn’t win over Partizan. The end result is 7:9, it’s up to the third game to find out who’ll be Radnički’s opponent in the final.

For the end of this blogpost here is the brand new single of Grupa JNA titled Kad jutro svane.
Lyrics are included, you can scream it while dancing pogo. Turn on the volume, so the neighbourhood can also join.

Kad jutro svane, da brojim dane
Kada će doći nedelja
Da bodrim šampione
oblačim crno-bele boje
i odlazim na stadion
Hiljade Grobara misli isto što i ja
Humska jedan JNA
Mi smo tvoji Grobari
U porazu il’ pobedi
Mi smo tvoji Grobari

I kad se reflektori pale
I kad zagrmi stadion
I kada šanse su nam male
Samo da bori se bori se on

News in bulk

Partizan’s stadium will get renovated. It is highly acute not just for the upcoming Europa League matches, but also because the stadium will host three friendly football matches (against France, Albania and Denmark). Aleksandar Stepanović has been in charge for the establishment for 20 years now, juznifront.com cites his words.
- The guests' locker room had to be fully renovated. A new, modern place has been equipped for the journalists as well, one that fits for strict European standards. The current, 1400 lux reflectors got 100 lux extra power. Benches near the field are also renovated. The grass will also be refreshed. It happened last time in 2004, it has been in use for 10 years now, yet it should be renewed in every 4th year. It's also high time to renovate the watering equipments.

There are rumours about investment companies appearing around Partizan. It means, the football team might soon be privatized. There are no facts yet, nor official statements (or denials). An unnamed informator hinted the news that an investment company from Austria has been seriously interested in Partizan as much that they even negotiate with the Serbian government about the possible purchasing of the team. Austrians allegedly want to build a brand new stadium for Partizan

Hey, hey, hey!... What's wrong with the current one?... What's wrong with the dearest, beloved JNA Stadion that lived through so much?...

and they would equip it with the newest, modern infrastructure and everything else. The offer is between $80 and 100 million. The unnamed informator said, $100 million is more realistic, because the Austrian company seriously wants to build a new stadium. They think, with no new infrastructure there will be no development either.
Partizan's president Dragan Đurić added, it would have been high time to privatize the team, because without investing companies only the team's debts would rise.

Darko Brašanac got seriously injured at the Italy-Serbia U21 European Championship qualifying. The defender had to come off in the 19th minute and was taken immediately to a hospital in Pescara with broken ribs and injured lung. Currently he is still in Italy, he could not get on the plane to come back to Serbia with the team. Even the most cautious guessings say he needs at least a month of pause.

Italian emergency medicals picked Brašanac's pieces up and rushed him to hospital

Epic Eddy Grant

Did you know that Eddy Grant is a great Partizan-fan?
No?
Well, now you know it.

Don't ever try to come up with the excuse that you don't know who Eddy Grant is. You go and ask Google RIGHT NOW, as well as Youtube, start to dance and spread the word (and music) among the neighbourhood.

In July 2013 Eddy Grant was in Belgrade and he got an invitation to a TV talkshow. The show's host, a certain Ivan Ivanović makes no secret about how much a CZ-fan he is. At the end he wanted to give a Zvezda-jersey as a gift to the famous foreign guest.
What came after, became history.

Eddy Grant is so epic, that now you listen to one of his greatest tracks.
He knows very well what's what.
