FK Partizan - Mladost 3:1 (superliga, round 11)

Despite the goal-rich result it was a slumbery passing-around. Even Mladost’s performance was not more than an "enough-for-a-training-game"-effort.

Everton killed a Mladost-player (i.e. kicked him to the ground brutally) already in the 8th minute. It was rough, it was the action of a true jerk. I hope Everton said a prayer for not getting a yellow card right there... Afterwards there was a questionnable situation, Đurđić fell to the ground inside Mladost’s penalty area. All slow motion replays from all camera angles showed Mladost’s defender deliberately pushing Đurđić, but the referee didn’t whistle. (Not much later Đurđević fell to the ground inside Mladost’s penalty area the same way, the referee’s whistle kept silent again.)
Leonardo tried to shake up the sleepy atmosphere in the 19th minute. We got a free kick, about 17-18 metres from the box. The Brazilian shot, it flew to the target, the goalkeeper had a great save.
We controlled the game, we possessed the ball, Mladost got stuck on their half, but all that was happening was just some passing-around lvl 5th league veterans. Jevtović had an attempt in the 22nd minute, it was too high. (But at least something happened...) In the 26th minute someone headed Janković’s free kick to the box, but it was way too high, while Jevtović got injured in the goalmouth scramble. He got medical attendance, but it took too long... Finally he got a bandage on his head and was taken off the pitch. (Saša Ilić substituted him.)

Later mozzartsport.com informed that Jevtović had to be taken to Vojnomedicinska Akademija to get professional treatment. He got a plaster on his injury, then he could leave the hospital. He is doing fine, thank you very much, but he will surely not be able to play for a while.

Other than this the game was such a boredom that Average Fan was rather browsing the news instead... In the 34th minute Leonardo shot from a sharp angle. It was a weak shot, the goalkeeper easily caught it. In the 38th minute we had another weak attempt, the goalkeeper again caught it. Yaaaawn... 40th minute, now Janković had a try, again the goalkeeper saved. Meanwhile it started to rain, players sleepily passed the ball around, sometimes we had a semi-serious attempt. Mladost got stuck at their half and they didn’t really want to break out.
Leonardo got fed up with this fumbling in the 45th minute. He shot a fantastic goal from a 17-metre free kick. The goalkeeper was just watching. 1:0

There’s nothing much to mention about the beginning of the second half. Both teams had one weak attempt, then all of a sudden Mladost got a penalty in the 56th minute.
I swear I didn’t see what happened. ArenaSport played it in slow motion quite a few times, but even the commentator sounded perplexed. Đurđić was supposed to do something (maybe he played handball?...) - I’m just guessing, as Đurđić got a yellow card right after the whistle. If anybody knows what actually happened, write it to the comment box, thanks in advance.
Nevertheless Bojović put the ball to the penalty spot, shot and scored. 1:1

We took back the lead in the 60th minute. Đurđević scored an fantastic and cheeky goal, passing the ball above the goalkeeper. It was that kind of goal that makes every true football fan scream from amazement. It happened after a Mladost goal-kick. Đurđić grabbed the ball at the half-line and passed it ahead to Đurđević. Đurđević ran up and kicked the ball into the box, above the shocked goalkeeper. 2:1

That certain cheeky kick

Mladost had their biggest chance in the 62nd minute. Pejović headed the ball after a free kick, it was just a little bit too wide.
Mladost’s defenders fell asleep in the 67th minute. Leonardo took advantage and quickly grabbed the ball. He passed it to Bojinov, who just joined the game as a substitute. And this sloth was lucky enough to score a goal right from the first ball-touch. 3:1

It must be communicated with sign language as well (afterwards came the smoke signals, probably)

Mladost had a thin chance in the 69th minute, but Kljajić interrupted. Afterwards not much happened. Bojinov nevertheless - better to be safe than sorry - missed out two attempts. Leonardo also had one, he too missed it out.

FK Partizan - FK Voždovac 2:1 (superliga, round 35 - play-off, round 5)

We had a heavy start. In the first 10 minutes we got Voždovac stuck at their half, we practically made them play bunker football. In the 3rd minute Alen Stevanović ran up on the left and crossed to Lukić. Lukić shot almost from the baseline, the goalkeeper saved.

In the 6th minute Subić (who finally played again after a very long pause) passed to Bojinov. A Voždovac-defender tackled by sliding in, the ball hit his arm (the slow motion replay confirmed it), but the referee again didn’t whistle for penalty.
Voždovac could break out from the bunker in the 11th minute. They got a corner kick right there (which was inactivated by Partizan-defenders). From then on the match was less one-sided, yet it still lacked action. The teams were running all around, mostly on the midfield, sometimes one of them ran towards the box, but could barely make it further than the penalty area line.
In the 19th minute Subić crossed to the middle. Kosović was about to head it to the box, but a defender was quicker and sent the ball out through the baseline.
In the 22nd minute Golubović got the ball after a throw-in. He quickly crossed it to the middle, where Lukić headed it towards the box, but it was too wide. A minute later Voždovac’s Radin sent a sudden, distant shot to our box, it was too wide.
In the 29th minute Everton got the ball from Stevanović in the middle. He shot it to the box from at least 30 metres, the goalkeeper caught it.

Everton just had to pick a quarrel with the opponent’s player AGAIN. It was not the first time he started to push someone from the other team, while the (alleged or actual) foul was not committed against him, what is more, most of the time he wasn’t even there when it happened. Still he appears there and starts to push the opponent’s player around while cursing.
I also noticed, whomever we play against, no matter what is the standing of the game, after a certain time the opponent starts to grind Everton strategically. A kick here, a brunt there - it doesn’t matter as long as it makes him fall on the ground and he hits himself. It’s not less unsportsmanlike than Everton’s primitive and aggressive manifestations on the field, but nevertheless it’s not surprising at all. And it will continue as long as this Brazilian boor keeps up hthis attitude.

Other than this above nothing happened on the match. Voždovac got more and more closer to our penalty area, while we passed the ball backwards, having no better idea. At the very end in the 45th minute Bandalovski had a mentionable attempt, kicking the ball to the middle from a sharp angle, but the goalkeeper caught it.

Question of the day: why didn’t Aleksandar Subić get any chance to get into the starting eleven until now?
(He could be seen often on the bench, so he was surely not injured.)
Just because at this match he played very well. He had great crosses to the middle, he ran a lot and he was dangerous for the opponent’s goal as well. But even earlier, when he was (still) in the starting eleven, there was never any complain for his game. He is a defender, but he can play left-winger as well. He plays through the entire left side, he is also dangerous for the opponent’s goal. If he got much more chance, we could easily bring the best out of him.

We started the second half with a goal.
It was like in a comedy. Stevanović forwarded the ball to Subić on the left. Subić ran up to the baseline and sent it back to Bojinov. Bojinov wanted to shoot, but he hit Radojević instead, who arrived sliding in. He still wanted to pick the ball, but that rolled away from him. Golubović appeared, grabbed the ball and kicked it into the box. 1:0

After this Voždovac tried with a counter-attack. Mašović shot, it was too high.
In the 54th minute Voždovac got a corner-kick. After kicking the ball around it was Blagojević, who got the chance to shoot. It was too high (also, as if the ball had hit someone before flying out).
In the 58th minute Bojinov was tackled by the defenders. The ball rolled to Golubović, he immediately shot, the goalkeeper caught it. Still in the same minute Everton received the ball from the left. From him it was sent to Golubović again. Golubović again shot, missing the box with just a few centimetres.
In the 70th minute Saša Ilić shot from the middle, the goalkeeper easily caught it.

As slow as the game was flowing in the previous 10-12 minutes, it sped up as much for the last 20. In the 71st minute Srećković got the ball from Odita (the Nigerian player sent it backwards with an Oxford trick) and shot from 18 metres, missing the box barely. A minute later again Srećković made some unpleasant moments inside our penalty area, this time Šaranov stopped him. In the 73rd minute the guests got a free kick, almost at the left corner flag. Ivković sent the cross to the box, but it was too high.
In the 80th minute Mihajlović ran up with the ball on the left. He had a big solo, dribbled around then shot and scored a great goal. 2:0

Voždovac’s reply came two minutes later.
They got a corner kick. The cross flew through the goalmouth, Partizan’s entire defense just watched in shock. Kosović tried to do something, but the ball dropped to Mihajlov and he shot it into the box. 2:1
In the 85th minute Mihajlović ran up again on the left with the ball and crossed to Saša Ilić in the middle. He shot, the goalkeeper saved.
Voždovac had one attempt left in the extra time (90+4.), Stojanović shot, Šaranov saved.

FK Partizan - Borac Čačak 2:0 (superliga, round 33 - play-off, round 3)

The day had an excellent start, because early in the afternoon unknown people attacked Miloš Vazura in front of Partizan stadium, when he arrived at the club’s headquarters. The ugly, fat, pig club’s general director could escape, but the attackers injured a security guard, who arrived to help Vazura.
The club made a press release full of empty phrases, where they go into details for long paragraphs about nothing. Meanwhile Vazura had a tour in the entire Serbian sports media complaining that he was threatened with death. He also told the public that he knew well who had been behind the attack.
He even told the name of the (suspected) scapegoat, who is not else than Nenad Bjeković, Partizan’s former class player, who is aspiring for the club’s presidental seat now. Bjeković instantly laughed it off and told Vazura what to do and with whom.
You can get horrified on these events, you can get shocked, you can moralize, search for a scapegoat, or cross yourself, but there’s one thing you can’t do: get surprised. It was in the air for a while. The egg-throwing case was the last drop. After that it was just a question of time when the fans’ fury will manifest in an open attack. By the way, it surely didn’t shock Vazura too much, as he had enough energy afterwards to have a tantrum in the media and hold others suspect.

I’ll be honest: one side of my mind was laughing hard on it and the only thing it was sorry for is that the attackers couldn’t catch this Mangalica. The other side was a bit more sober, it said, even if they had caught him and beat the hell out of him to make him remember it years later, it still wouldn’t have solved anything. The team would still be in a rut, the management would still be dilettant and the players wouldn’t play any better.

One more thing.
The club’s press release was written on the level of a stupid, spoiled teenage bitch. I find its last sentence especially disgusting that says "all those who don’t condemn this attack, is no longer entitled to be called a Partizan-fan".

As you can see, the management of the team thinks they are allowed to determine who is Partizan-fan and who is not. Heart doesn’t matter. Dedication doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter that you have been a Partizan-fan since birth and the Team is your life and soul. They will tell you who and what matters.
It means, I’m not a Partizan-fan. 
From now on please, read this blog knowing that it’s written by someone who is not a Partizan-fan. (Obviously I’m writing it only because I have nothing else to do.)

A message to the management and especially to the person who handed this press release out (signed as FK „Partizan“, with quote marks): fuck you all and kill yourselves.

The first attempt came in the 4th minute. We got a free kick on the left side, from a sharp angle, approx. 25 metres from the box. Mihajlović kicked it to the goalmouth, the defenders headed it out.
In the 7th minute Saša Ilić forwarded the ball to Bandalovski in the left. Bandalovski crossed it to the middle, but everyone else were far behind to catch the ball.
In the 11th minute Saša Ilić passed to Bojinov in the middle. Bojinov forwarded it to Golubović, he shot, missing the box with a few centimetres.

This was the first real attempt. Otherwise we tried to build up attacks, Borac was stuck in their half, but we didn’t mean any danger for their goal line.

In the 18th minute Bojinov crossed to Golubović from the left. Golubović headed it to the box, it was too high. Then in the 24th minute Bojinov got the ball from Brašanac. He ran up, dribbled a defender (which was a big surprise, because so far Bojinov could operate only with attempts when the ball is served to him on a golden plate), shot, the goalkeeper saved.
Borac could reach to our penalty area only in the 28th minute, but the referee whistled it off, because they were on offside.
Other than this nothing really happened. The pace was slow, Borac passed the ball forth and back, sometimes tackled Partizan’s players, but they couldn’t make it up to our goalmouth. We kept on attacking (or at least trying), but we were blocked most of the time.
Partizan looked to be in pieces. The players were just wandering all around on the field, they seemingly had no idea what to do.
In the 34th minute Everton got the ball in the middle and passed it to Bogosavac. Bogosavac forwarded it to Saša Ilić, he sent it ahead to Bojinov. Bojinov shot from 20 metres, it was way too high.
In the 27th minute we got a free kick from 30 metres, on the left. Mihajlović stood behind the ball, crossed it to the middle. There Bojinov shot, the goalkeeper had a great save. The ball dropped to Golubović, he shot from the five-metre-line, but he sent the ball up to the sky.
In the 39th minute came Šaranov’s usual "show": he wanted to do a goal-kick, but he screwed it up. Vujaklija was hanging around there, he grabbed the ball and shot. The ball hit Miladin Stevanović, ending it in a corner kick. After the kick we made a counter-attack. Bandalovski crossed from a sharp angle into the middle. Brašanac shot, it was too wide.

In the 45+1st minute Mihajlović shot to the box after a throw-in. The goalkeeper again had a great save. The ball dropped to Golubović again, and the young player didn’t miss it out this time, but shot it into the middle of the net. 1:0

For the beginning of the second half Borac seemed to come back to life. In the 51st minute Maslać shot after a corner kick. (The ball hit Bogosavac before flying out through the baseline, but still the referee whistled for goal-kick. Oh well. Not as if I wanted to complain.)
In the 55th minute Mihajlović ran up on the left side and crossed to Brašanac in the middle. Brašanac shot, it was too high.
Two minutes later Kostić crossed from the left, Šaranov easily caught it.

The two teams were running up and down on the field without building up one single attempt. Finally in the 63rd minute Mihajlović sent a 35-metre-long free kick to the box - but instead it landed right in the hands of the goalkeeper.
In the 64th minute Zec suddenly appeared at our goal and it could have been dangerous, but Bogosavac made an end to it. In the 69th minute Borac got a free kick. Kostić got the ball, he passed it out to the left. A cross came from there, Šaranov caught it.
In the 72nd minute we got a penalty.
Mihajlović was kicked to the ground inside the penalty area. The referee immediately pointed at the white spot. Brašanac stood behind the ball and calmly shot it into the box. 2:0

After the penalty the match just died. Nothing happened, just nothing. There were a few substitutes, sometimes Borac appeared at our penalty area (they had one counter-attack to mention, Bangura headed the ball to the box, if I could see well, but it was too high).
