Bate Borisov - FK Partizan 1:0 (Champions League play-off)

First and foremost, hugs, kisses and a big mail bomb to RTS for not just simply not broadcasting this match, but for giving the most coward, most pathetic explanation ever, saying "due to their contract with UEFA they broadcast Champions League matches only when they are held on Wednesday, and Europa League matches only when they are held on Thursday. On other days they don't broadcast any of these European competitions."
May you get fucked by a barrowful of tiny monkeys.

Right in the first minute we started with a free kick. Bojinov was pushed hard to the ground by a Belorussian player. Yet the home team got the ball and started an attack. Our defense line was dropped behind, Živko Živković ran out of the goalmouth and caught the ball.
In the 3rd minute we got a corner kick. It was followed by a goalmouth scramble, finally the home team got the ball. They ran up for a counter-attack on the right side. One of their players was standing all alone at the inner side of our penalty area. He got the ball, shot, thankfully it was weak and ended as a corner kick.
In the 6th minute Bate attacked again, on the right side again, but at the end we could inactivate the attempt. But despite our struggles a minute later they attacked again - and again on the right side.

Why on earth was our left defense side this draughty?... Petrović should have been there, as well as Fabricio here and there to keep that side under control. Yet Belorussian attackers were running up there in the first 10 minutes as they wished.

In the 10th minute we got a corner kick. Andrija Živković shot it, Aboubakar headed it ahead, then Fabricio headed it to the goal line, but it was too high.
In the 13th minute Aboubakar ran up in the middle and passed to Andrija Živković. Živković was all alone, he was bothered by no one. He attacked, but the goalkeeper ran out and swept him away.

It was a big mistake. The game halted for minutes. Both the goalkeeper and Živković were injured and needed medical attendance.

In the 17th minute the home team attacked again, again on the right side. Again they passed the ball to the middle, Rodionov headed it to the goal line, Živko Živković made a great save.
In the 20th minute the Belorussian team attacked, now on the left. The ball was passed to the middle, Balažic tackled with great pace, finally Aboubakar cleared the area with a fantastic bicycle kick.
The two teams were wrestling dauntlessly on the field. At this point Partizan attacked a bit more, but with no result. In the 30th minute we got a corner kick. Andrija Živković shot, goalmouth scramble, finally Belorussian defenders cleared the area.
In the 35th minute Vulićević passed the ball to Babović in the middle. Babović kicked it to Petrović, who was waiting for it on the left side. Petrović dribbled and passed to Andrija Živković in the middle. Živković shot from 17 metres, but he missed it.
Two minutes later Bate attacked. Aleksiyevich shot from 20 metres, Živko Živković saved with fantastic reflexes to corner. The kick ended in another corner, then the ball eventually landed in Živković’s hands.

(photo: Facebook/Fudbalski klub Partizan)

In the 41st minute Babović was fumbling trying to pass the ball ahead in the middle, surrounded by Belorussian players. Finally he kicked the ball to the left, where Andrija Živković grabbed it and ran up to the home team’s penalty area. He shot, the goalkeeper caught it. Two minutes later Belorussians were back to our half, and they arrived quickly to the goalmouth. A kick came from the left, Živko Živković saved.
Then in the last minute of the first half Jevtović clashed hard with a Belorussian player.
The problem was that Jevtović already got a yellow card, back in the 21st minute.
He was sent off.

A message to that monkey with inferiority complex: we won’t forget this.
(photo: Facebook/Fudbalski klub Partizan)

The first 10 minutes of the second half were spent with much slower pace. The first actual attack happened some time around the 56th minute. Mladenović shot from the left, but it was too high, Živko Živković didn’t even had to stress himself. Three minutes later though the home team made a dangerous attack from the left. They shot, for our great luck it was too high for the Belorussian players who were standing in the goalmouth. The ball rolled out of the field.
At this point Bate had a big pressure on Partizan. We were stuck in our half. Thankfully Živko Živković and our defense line led by Balažic were always at the right time in the right place. There were still moments of torn nerves though. Finally in the 64th minute substitute player Trujić could break out of the bunker and ran up on the left. Only Yablonskiy could keep his pace. The attempt ended in a throw-in, the home team got the ball. In the 66th minute they ran up and led an attack on the right side. With a diagonal kick their attacker sent the ball to the other side. His teammate was standing there all alone, thanked the pass and shot. Thankfully it was too high. In the 69th minute Rodionov shot from the distance. It was dangerous, but it was also too wide.

Update: Grave Diggers and Russian fans made a great atmosphere.

In the 70th minute Aboubakar got the ball from Petrović and passed it ahead to Andrija Živković with a great movement. Živković ran up, shot, it was too high.
In the 74th minute Bate got a corner kick. The ball was headed by Gordeichuk, right into our net. 1:0, goddamn it. They were on the lead.
What is more, just 1-2 minutes later the home team made another dangerous attempt. Živko Živković saved this one as well.

Air Živko
(photo: Facebook/Fudbalski klub Partizan)

In the 82nd minute Živko Živković had another demonstration of his skills, saving a sudden, powerful shot coming from the left. A minute later we made a counter-attack after a Bate-corner. Andrija Živković ran up and passed to Aboubakar, but the Cameroonian player was tackled by home defenders.
In the 86th minute came the cardial arrest. Bate had a corner kick, Živko Živković made a fantastic save, but he couldn’t keep the ball. Making amazing tricks he jumped up and grabbed the ball again, but it rolled away again. Finally a defender (maybe Fabricio?) headed it out to corner.

Average Fan reached out for the heart attack pills.
In the meantime somebody, please, tell me: why did Saša Ilić join the game only in the 88th minute? Why did Šaponjić not play even for a minute and why did Andrija Živković come off?

In the 90+1st minute we got a free kick, about 22 metres from the goal line. Fabricio shot, with his usual flat kick, but the ball hit the wall. It resulted an upheaval, Fabricio fell on the ground, a Belorussian player hit him on the head with his elbow. Another free kick, now 30 metres from the goal. The ball ended at Vulićević. He passed it to the middle, but the goalkeeper caught it.

I wanted to embed here a video for you to see at least a few moments of the match. But when I finally found one, this came right into my face:

(screenshot)

Dear UEFA, may the devils of hell take you for a sledge-ride on your birthday.
If I find any normal (aka not restricted, not banned) video, that is not under pressure by the elephant-sized ass of UEFA, I’ll update the post.

Update: here's a video.
Thanks, SOS Kanal.

The boys have arrived in Belarus

Tomorrow is Champions League play-off day against Belorussian team Bate, therefore our heroes hit the road to clash with the Barysaw (Borisov) -based team.

Damn these Belorussian-Russian-Polish spelling rules. So far I thought the city was called Borisov, and now I found out, it is actually Barysaw, but please, don't ask me to write it here with Belorussian Cyrillic characters as well.

Even the trip itself wasn't smooth. The plane to Minsk was to leave at 10:20 from the Belgrade airport, instead it left at 12:30. Never mind, the Boeing 737 was big, modern, comfortable, and even this 2-hour-long delay couldn't break down the boys' high spirit.

(photo: Twitter)

Andrija Živković with his usual Hollywood grin

The Brašanac - Nemanja Petrović - Trujić trio are having a great time...

...while behind them the others discreetly fell into coma

Vulićević had a perfect mood, Babović preferred the magazines

Then they arrived in Minsk and the torture began.
Even almost 2 hours after the arrival the team could not leave the airport. Not just the players and trainers, but also all those who travelled together with Partizan: journalists, family members and others who accompanied them.
The first 10 passengers of the plane could go through the passport control with no problem. Afterwards the local officers told all the others that withouth health insurance they are not able to stay in the country.

After almost 2 hours everyone is fed up
(photo: Twitter)

"Obligatory"
(photo: Twitter)

"Welcome to Belarus!"
Oh, wait...
(photo: Twitter)

Nobody has informed the team about it. Nobody ever mentioned any obligatory health insurance. Partizan had gotten in touch with Bate Borisov earlier and this health insurance didn’t even come into question. Why would anybody need any extra health insurance beside the big bunch of signatures of sports physicians? Even the Belorussian embassy ensured Partizan that they would need only their passports, not even visa would be needed.
After all this an officer appeared and Partizan was informed with a demure smile that they can buy this health insurance at the airport, for 2 euros (!) per person. There wasn’t any other solution, so everyone had to pay 2 euros to be able to go through the passport control - and to stand there while all the bureaucracy was done.

Interesting that Balažic, Bojinov and Bandalovski could allegedly get through all controls and officers without any extra insurance. I have a shrewd guess that their nice, crispy passport with the European Union-emblem had a deep impression at the officers.

After all this the team stayed in Minsk for training, while head coach Zoran Milinković and Nikola Trujić travelled to Borisov, a city 50 km to the northeast for a press conference.

The training was held in Traktor Stadion, Minsk

Season preparations started for the basketball team

Partizan's basketball team has started the preparations for the 2015/16 season, with reduced number of players, still with serious financial difficulties, but with unbreakable steadiness and persistence.
The current team, as of those players who were present: Milenko Tepić, Petar Aranitović, Vanja Marinković, Mihajlo Andrić, Ioannis Kouzeloglou, Miloš Glišić, Božo Đumić and Miloš Koprivica. Edo Murić was absent, he still hasn’t recovered from his shoulder injury.

Of course, the media was also present.

Milenko Tepić was present, even though his future is still unclear.
- As of now, my situation is still unsolved. Right now I’m here to help the team and to help myself. We’ll see.
Duško Vujošević had his usual, outspoken style.
- The team is seriously damaged. There are barely a few players from the previous season and it’s understandable. That’s what I have been talking about for 3 years now, but nobody listens, except for our fans.
He continued: - Some say, as long as I am Partizan’s trainer, no sponsor will come to the team. If there is any serious sponsor, and this is their condition, I will leave Partizan’s bench or I’m willing to work for 1 euro, if that ensures the team’s well-being. But I can claim it will never happen, because current political forces work against Partizan. I was even told to let government party SNS people enter Partizan’s management, because that would surely solve all financial problems. I can guarantee though, even if I leave, the team will surely not get any financial support.

Duško Vujošević is the only person who speaks up against the current regime this openly. Others usually keep silent or just try to survive.
Big big respect.

A few new players appeared, but the trainer couldn’t say anything sure about them yet.

19-year-old Nikola Lučić from Montenegro, who played for Bilbao-based team Mikeldi

19-year old Nikola Tanasković from Partizan’s youth school

No. 8 is Martin Matović, who is currently without team. No. 12 is Pavle Reljić, who played earlier for Romanian team Timba Timisoara

Ognjen Rebić, who arrived from St. Clouds State University, USA

Fans were there and greeted the team with big ovation.

Then they started to work

Andrija Živković for Serbian language

This April the Philology Faculty of the Belgrade University, the Cultural Secretariate of Belgrade City and the City Library of Belgrade started a mutual campaign for Serbian language. The main idea behind this campaign is to protect Serbian language, its written form, its spelling, its traditions as well as to draw people's attention to the importance of literacy.
Numerous well-known people joined the campaign, e.g. actress Anica Dobra, TV presenter Zoran Kesić, actor Tihomir Stanić, movie dramaturg Nebojša Romčević or violin virtuoso Nemanja Radulović, to name a few. Among athletes Milica Mandić, Andrea Arsović, Saša Đorđević and Bogdan Bogdanović have joined.
These famous people all take part in short campaign reports where they talk about the importance of proper writing and speaking. Click here and watch.

If you're a foreigner, like myself, then learn Serbian language. Learn Cyrillic alphabet. Read, speak, listen to the language. Not tabloid garbage, but classics.

Vojvodina - FK Partizan 3:2 (Jelen SuperLiga, Round 4)

Dear Everyone, I’ll be honest, it has been long since I have seen such an awful match. The team was struggling, our defense line was in disharmony for some unknown reason, and on the top of all the referee was a disaster.
But, as they always say at this point, let’s not run ahead, let’s see everything in chronological order.

Better that way, believe me.

The match started with a moment of silence, remembering Radisav Rabrenović, Vojvodina’s former secretary general, who passed away a few days ago.
At the very beginning the fans of the two teams tried to overshout each other. Then in the 4th minute Vojvodina’s midfielder Ivanić got the ball and ran up on the left side. His pass to the middle ended as a corner. The corner kick was punched out by Živko Živković. Another corner kick. The referee ended the attempt, because Peković attacked Živko Živković. Two minutes later we got a free kick, about 30 metres from the goal line. Babović kicked it to the middle, Fabricio headed it to the goal line. It was dangerous, goalkeeper Žakula caught it.
Then in the 7th minute Ivanić grabbed the ball that was lost by us. He immediately attacked our goal and shot. Živko Živković had a great save, but he couldn’t catch the ball. It dropped far away, Ivanić jumped up and ran after it, and finally he pushed it into the net. 1:0
In the 13th minute Vojvodina got a free kick, almost at the left sideline. Stanisavljević stood behind the ball. He kicked...
...and scored. That’s what is called "indefensible bomb shot". 2:0

2:0. It is 2:0 and we haven’t even passed the first 15 minutes. Ice shower. Something must be done, urgently.

After a goal. Fabricio’s facial expression says it all
(photo: Facebook/Fudbalski klub Partizan)

Partizan started to attack. In the 16th minute we got a free kick, 17-18 metres from the goal line, on the right. Babović stood behind the ball, he shot, but it was too wide. In the 20th minute Brašanac got the ball on the left. He passed it to the middle, Bojinov was waiting for it there, but Vojvodina’s goalkeeper was faster and caught the ball.
We were attacking, we were pressuring, we didn’t stop even for a minute. Yet Vojvodina resisted. We could barely make it to the goal line. Fans were chanting "Lopovi, lopovi" (Thieves, thieves).
In the 31st minute Petrović sent the ball to Andrija Živković in the middle. Živković headed it to the goal line, but it was too high. And to make Average Fan’s nerves even more scattered, ArenaSport again (or still) had serious problems. The video image disappeared time after time, in the most impossible moments. In better cases we still had audio, but sometimes even that was lost. It was especially nerve-racking, when in the 34th minute Vojvodina got a free kick

the referee decided that Fabricio pushed their player to the ground

then the video disappeared in thin air. At this point we still had audio though, so we could hear that the chance was missed. Then, when we could see again what was going on in the Novi Sad stadium, the referee was just rubbing the yellow card under Bojinov’s nose (as I got to know later, he was complaining for the referee’s previous judgement). Here the match started to turn into chaotic. The referee generously gave out yellow cards

he gave out 5 in the first half

and the end was still far...
In the 39th minute Aboubakar got a great pass from Brašanac. The Cameroonian player ran up to Vojvodina’s penalty area, then shot with a fantastic movement and scored. GOOOAAAL!!! 2:1
In the 41st minute we got a free kick 25 metres from the goal line. Andrija Živković shot, the goalkeeper caught it. In the 43rd minute Vojvodina got a free kick 30 metres from the goal. Ivanić kicked, the ball flew out of the field above the crossbar.

Balažic, the most reliable member of the defense line
(photo: Facebook/Fudbalski klub Partizan)

In the second half, at the 50th minute we could have equalized... Andrija Živković made a huge solo and passed to Bojinov in the middle. Bojinov shot, and even scored, but the referee invalidated the goal, as he said, it was scored from offside. Two minutes later we got a free kick, about 25 metres from the goal line, on the right. Andrija Živković shot, Bojinov pushed it with his head, but it was too wide.

Grave Diggers at the match
(photo: Facebook/Partizan is life)

In the 55th minute Ivanić got the ball and shot from the middle. Živko Živković had a great save.

It happened more than often that a Vojvodina-player could sneak up unnoticed among our defenders. He was always found by his teammates and was given the ball immediately to be able to attack. At these moments the home player always run up for a goal attempt, followed by usually only one defender. At some moments only the Heavenly Forces saved us from getting even more goals.

In the 58th minute Brašanac was pushed from two sides by Vojvodina-defenders. After the clash Partizan’s player stayed laying on the ground. When he stood up, his face was covered with blood. Needless to say, the referee didn’t whistle. A minute later Stanisavljević shot from distance, all of a sudden. Thankfully it was too wide.
And again, fans chanted "Lopovi, lopovi".
In the 62nd minute Ožegović got the mall from the middle. He was standing there all alone, nobody bothered him. He just had to walk into our net. He did it. 3:1. Unbelievable.
In the 67th minute we got a free kick, 25 metres from the goal line, on the right. Fabricio stood behind the ball. He sent a flat, powerful shot to the goal. Žakula saved, but he lost the ball. Aboubakar jumped out of the blue and kicked the ball into the net with a calm movement. 3:2
ArenaSport’s broadcast line constantly had a hiccup... All we could see was that Vojvodina got a corner (or a free kick?), nevertheless someone kicked the ball to our goalmouth. Defenders cleared, but Vojvodina still possessed the ball. Finally Đurić got it, he shot, but it was too high.
Then the referee sent off Brašanac in the 72nd minute. Second yellow card. Brašanac walked off the field without a word.
The pace slowed down. Vojvodina was playing for time. The broadcast got worse and worse, at a point it had a longer interruption with the usual error message. In the 75th minute Babović was dribbling inside the opponent’s penalty area. He shot, but it was too high.
In the 82nd minute Aboubakar was brutally pushed to the ground. The referee didn’t bother, he just let Vojvodina attack ahead.

By the way, dear Vojvodina-players, at such moments you should kick the ball out of the field, so that the injured player can get medical assistance. Just sayin’.

In the 83rd minute Ožegović ran up to our penalty area, followed by again just one defender, Balažic. The Slovenian finally tackled Ožegović with an elegant movement.
The referee looked as if he wanted to be the main character of the match. (His attempt was more or less successful. I hope he is satisfied now.) He gave out a huge number of yellow cards, he still didn’t bother about Partizan-players being kicked to the ground, but if any of our players made any suspicious movement, he immediately whistled.
Then in the 86th minute Paločević missed out the biggest chance of the match. He got the ball from Ivanić in the middle. Živko Živković ran out, our goalmouth was totally empty. Paločević shot - it was too high. A minute later we could see the same scene, now with Ožegović, shooting next to Živko Živković, who ran out again. It was too high, again, thankfully.
In the 90+2nd minute Aboubakar was dribbling on the right side. He tricked all Vojvodina-defenders and passed the ball to Ninković. Ninković shot, the goalkeeper saved.
For the very last minutes there was a Partizan-corner left as well as another red card. Đurić got it after his second yellow card.

Gee, if that will not end up in a huge gambling scandal, I’ll eat my cap.

FK Partizan - Spartak Zlatibor Voda 2:1 (Jelen SuperLiga, Round 4)

The team is warming up

Miša forever. Miša is always there, supporting the team
(photos: Twitter)

May the lightning stroke those who thought it was a good idea to put Partizan’s football matches to ArenaSport 5. Not only it’s the worst, most obvious marketing tricks

to make fans subscribe for this channel, too, if they want to watch Partizan, because subscribing for ArenaSport 1 only is not enough
and this intention is especially ridiculous knowing the coverage (or rather, the lack of it) of ArenaSport in Serbia

but lacking technical preparations as well as the top of all. It was just like at the previous match. The broadcast collapsed before the starting whistle. The match has reached its 4th minute when it got back to life, but even then the timestamp showing the elapsed time was either visible or not.
When the broadcast finally healed, a Spartak-player was just sending a shot to our goal line. Živko Živković easily saved.
In the 7th minute we got a corner kick. Andrija Živković kicked, Aboubakar headed it, missing the goal only by millimetres. It ended in another corner kick, this time performed by Babović. Fabricio headed it, the defenders kicked it out, but the ball dropped to Bojinov, then to Lukić. Lukić shot from approx. 25 metres, the goalkeeper had a great save. Another corner kick, again by Babović. Bojinov got the ball, and he shot with a cheeky half-turn, scoring right into the net. 1:0

(photo: b92.net)

In the 14th minute Babović gave a great pass to Andrija Živković. Živković ran up with a huge solo, then fell on the ground inside the penalty area while wrestling with a defender. The referee did not whistle for penalty. Spartak immediately started a counter-attack. Stefan Ilić got the ball and shot. Živko Živković saved it with a great movement.
In the 21st minute Andrija Živković got the ball and passed it to Lukić in the middle. It was a great chance, but Lukić was swept away by defenders. Never mind, the ball got to Bojinov. The Bulgarian striker shot, but goalkeeper Janošević saved, probably with the best save of his life.
In the 23rd minute again Lukić shot from 20 metres, the goalkeeper caught it.
It was a great, exciting match with good pace, spectacular attacks and screaming/cardial arrest type goal attempts. In the 29th minute Milošević sent a distant shot to our goal line, but it was too wide.

At this point I had technical problems and they didn’t leave until the end of the first half. I try to reconstruct the events of the rest of the first half by reports and match highlights.

The match’s pace got slower a bit. The fans of the southern tribunes made a spectacular scene with torches.

(photo: Twitter)

In the 42nd minute Andrija Živković got the ball after a great action. The attack ended in a corner. A minute later again Andrija Živković ran up with the ball and passed it to Aboubakar. Aboubakar had an even greater solo than Žile then passed it to Bojinov. Bojinov shot, the ball hit the goalpost’s corner.
In the last minute of the first half again the Andrija Živković-Aboubakar axis put themselves into action. Finally Aboubakar was pushed to the ground by a defender inside the penalty area - the referee didn’t whistle again.

Substitutes started to warm up before the end of the first half. Nothing is further from me than disrespect - may God forgive me even the pretence - but this image is PRICELESS
(photo: Twitter)

In the second half, at the 47th minute Lukić kicked the ball from the left, but the goalkeeper caught it. A minute later we got a corner kick. Aboubakar headed it to the goal. It was too high, Aboubakar fell into the net.
In the 51st minute Lukić passed it with a fantastic movement into the middle to Bojinov. Bojinov wanted to grab it, but the entire Spartak defense line jumped on him, he was tackled. Spartak ran up for a counter-attack. Milošević passed it to Makarić in the middle, Živko Živković made a great save.
In the 55th minute Bojinov ran up in the middle. He passed it to Andrija Živković to the right. Žile dribbled, then shot. I hope, goalkeeper Janošević will get some kind of bonus after this match, because again he had a fantastic save. Spartak can thank mostly to him

also to the referee

that they didn’t get more goals from us.
Then came the 57th minute. Torbica ran up to our area, while wrestling with Fabricio. Then the Subotica team captain tripped, and like a ripened pear, fell into our penalty area.
Can you guess what happened next?
Yes. You’re right. Referee Piper whistled and pointed to the penalty mark.
ArenaSport’s slow motion replay clearly showed IT WAS NOT A PENALTY. Dear Mr. Referee, please, give back your referee pass right now. Afterwards you can go hoeing.

Torbica stood behind the ball. Whistle... and he scored, of course. 1:1
But Partizan would not be Partizan if they had collapsed at this point, spending the rest of the match on the ground just with alibi-football. We started to attack heavily. In the 63rd minute Lukić shot after a great solo, the goalkeeper pushed it to corner. The kick dropped to Babović, he sent it to Vulićević on the right. From him the ball dropped to Balažic. The defender headed it to the goal, the goalkeeper saved.

In the 65th minute Partizan had a fireworks-alike, very spectacular scene in Spartak’s goalmouth. Vulićević got the ball, he sent it to the other side. There arrived Andrija Živković and kicked it to the middle to Babović. Babović shot, but it was too high.

I swear I didn’t see it clearly. Did he really shoot this very high from 5 metres, or the goalkeeper saved it somehow, just the referee didn’t whistle for corner?

At this point Partizan put Spartak under heavy pressure. The Subotica team got stuck for a while around their penalty area. The second home goal was very much in the air.
In the 69th minute Andrija Živković kicked the ball to the middle. There Nemanja Petrović got it and sent a bomb shot from 10-12 metres. So pity it was too wide... Then Vulićević sent a fantastic pass to Andrija Živković in the right. Živković passed it to Saša Ilić in the middle, the Captain kicked it to Brašanac. Brašanac shot, the goalkeeper saved it to corner.
In the 74th minute Spartak could get out a bit to Partizan’s half. They got a corner, Partizan-defenders cleared it. They still possessed the ball, one of them made a distant shot. Živko Živković saved, we could run up for a counter-attack. Petrović passed to Andrija Živković. He shot, but it was too wide.
In the 78th minute substitute player Šaponjić got a fantastic pass from Saša Ilić. He shot, the ball hit the side net.
At this point hell started to break loose. Spartak-players were clearly playing for time. The fans were booing, finally the referee got fed up with the fumbling and gave a yellow card to Plavšić.
In the 85th minute Andrija Živković got the ball and passed it to Saša Ilić. The Captain passed it ahead to Trujić, but for Trujić it was too long. A minute later the unbreakable, nuclear-powered Andrija Živković passed the ball to the middle to Šaponjić. Šaponjić shot, but missed.
In the 90+2nd minute Vulićević passed the ball to the middle. All we could see was Trujić falling to the ground. Even the slow motion replay didn’t show too many details, only some wrestling. But, as you could guess, the referee didn’t whistle at all.

Partizan’s bench was totally upset. The camera showed Babović jumping up from his seat, yelling towards the referee. But referee Piper didn’t listen.

In the 90+4th minute, almost at the very end we got a corner kick. It was just a small shot, then Andrija Živković kicked it to the middle. It ended in another corner kick. The ball dropped to Saša Lukić. He wasted no time, shot and scored such a giant goal from 5 metres that the net tore to pieces. 2:1!!!!! This match is ours!!!!!

Right before the final whistle hell finally broke loose. Zoran Lončar, Partizan’s second trainer started to yell with the referee

and I’m sure he was right

and he was joined by the entire Partizan bench. The second trainer had to leave the ground. Fans were booing, yelling, cursing the referee and generally everyone. Finally, after almost 7 minutes of extra time came the final whistle.

The day after the match news sites reported about investigations about the bribed matches in the Serbian football championship. The Serbian sports minister, Nebojša Stefanović personally talked to the media

question is, how much we can take it seriously...

that they work together with the police to find out and investigate these bribed matches

Don’t laugh!!!! Stay serious!!! :DDDD

He mentioned that teams like Crvena Zvezda, Partizan, OFK Beograd and Čukarički are especially under investigation.

This will be more than interesting, especially because on one hand I’m sure even the highest (political) circles are involved in it, on the other, the minister promised to make all the details of the investigation public.
I swear it would deserve to be released as a documentary book.
