Season preparations started for the basketball team

Partizan's basketball team has started the preparations for the 2015/16 season, with reduced number of players, still with serious financial difficulties, but with unbreakable steadiness and persistence.
The current team, as of those players who were present: Milenko Tepić, Petar Aranitović, Vanja Marinković, Mihajlo Andrić, Ioannis Kouzeloglou, Miloš Glišić, Božo Đumić and Miloš Koprivica. Edo Murić was absent, he still hasn’t recovered from his shoulder injury.

Of course, the media was also present.

Milenko Tepić was present, even though his future is still unclear.
- As of now, my situation is still unsolved. Right now I’m here to help the team and to help myself. We’ll see.
Duško Vujošević had his usual, outspoken style.
- The team is seriously damaged. There are barely a few players from the previous season and it’s understandable. That’s what I have been talking about for 3 years now, but nobody listens, except for our fans.
He continued: - Some say, as long as I am Partizan’s trainer, no sponsor will come to the team. If there is any serious sponsor, and this is their condition, I will leave Partizan’s bench or I’m willing to work for 1 euro, if that ensures the team’s well-being. But I can claim it will never happen, because current political forces work against Partizan. I was even told to let government party SNS people enter Partizan’s management, because that would surely solve all financial problems. I can guarantee though, even if I leave, the team will surely not get any financial support.

Duško Vujošević is the only person who speaks up against the current regime this openly. Others usually keep silent or just try to survive.
Big big respect.

A few new players appeared, but the trainer couldn’t say anything sure about them yet.

19-year-old Nikola Lučić from Montenegro, who played for Bilbao-based team Mikeldi

19-year old Nikola Tanasković from Partizan’s youth school

No. 8 is Martin Matović, who is currently without team. No. 12 is Pavle Reljić, who played earlier for Romanian team Timba Timisoara

Ognjen Rebić, who arrived from St. Clouds State University, USA

Fans were there and greeted the team with big ovation.

Then they started to work
